• From 12:00 to 15:00 — additional 30% of one night’s cost.

•Before 12:00 — charged as an extra night.


Late check-out:

• From 11:00 to 14:00 — additional 30% of one night’s cost.

After 15:00 — charged as an extra night.



Rules for staying in the apartments:

1. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

2. Parties and hosting non-resident guests are not allowed.

3. Keep quiet from 22:00 to 08:00.

4. Report any damage or malfunction immediately.

5. Dispose of trash in designated areas.

6. No additional guests without prior agreement.

7. Before leaving, ensure everything is tidy and appliances are off.

8. Leave keys in the keybox after check-out.


Fine for rule violations — 100 AZN.
